Production process:

Bimetal screw and barrel bimetallic process is a more commonly used process combination product with excellent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance in recent years. Using HVOF high speed spraying equipment, the surface of the screw is sprayed on the surface of the screw to get a compact double metal screw. The cylinder is cast into one body, and the special technology is used for precision molding. 

Bimetallic screw is a 1-2mm corrosion resistant and high temperature resistant alloy which is sprayed on the inner wall of the cylinder. Its effective service life is much higher than that of the ordinary nitriding machine. The superiority of bimetal is particularly obvious for the formulation of high PVC calcium powder and the increase of wear life.

The double metal cylinder screw produced by our factory is welded with special alloy powder in screw spiral part of screw, so different alloys and welding methods can be used for different functions of screw.
